The Canon Powershot A470 comes with a 7.1 megapixel sensor and 3.4x optical zoom lens. With 14 different shooting modes taking photos is easy and you can view them back on the 2.5-inch LCD screen. With ISO sensitivity from 80 – 1600, the Canon A470 comes with Advanced Face Detection which can track up to 9 faces in the frame and changes exposure, contrast and zoom to makes sure every face is in the frame at optimum settings.

The Canon A470 comes with Motion Detection Technology which works with Hi-ISO Auto function which works with Optical Images Stabiliser to eliminate blurry photos. The Canon A470’s AF-Point Zoom and Auto Red Eye Correction makes portrait taking simple and uncomplicated. Weighing in at only 164 grams without battery, the Canon A470 takes two AA batteries making it easy to replace when they run out.
